I have purchased Jiofi and New Sim from Relience digital on Friday 20 July 2018 and also I have recharged my Jio sim for Rs.399 at the same time. today is 4th day but still my sim not yet started working. My Jio number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected]. Not getting proper response from customer care.

Updated by Arshad Salmani I spoke to customer care he is saying it will take 120 days to resolve this issue but they are not compensate.
