Sir, i am using jio since a while but i am highly dissatisfied with its pathetic service, the internet speeds are so slow and the call quality is also pathetic and buffering, from the day i purchased the sim i am experiencing such worst issues, absolutely poor speeds and data connections, i hardly get 100-300kbps and even that fluctuates, i am seriously annoyed and irritated, i had raised a query past 3 months back and i got a message saying that they will install a new tower close to my home but now they're not even bothered about it and are relentlessly saying that i may or may not be resolved!!!, i am highly tolerating this so please resolve this issue as soon as possible or i am going to switch to a better network than your pathetic jio. Before a month I was purchase a hello jio phone and after 2 week it started to be hang. After 3 weeks its battery becomes dumb and not working proper. My phone is not switch on. I am too puzzled and what should I do??
