Respected sir/madam my jio no is [protected] i have been facing slow speed of jio network not more than 20 to 30 kbps, since last two month i complaint regarding this to costumer care so many times but lastly on oct 26, 2017 they replied me that it will take more than two months, on 07 dec 2017 i had call to customer care about 08.30 am and inquired that if network speed is ok in this area so that i can recharge this no, customer care told that speed is ok now in this area and i should recharge my no, i had given reference about my complaint of got slow speed but customer care assured me about speed is ok in this area... After recharging 390 plan i wait till 13.00 hrs and find that still speed is same... I again call to jio customer care that i[censored] r speed is still same why u assured me morning to recharge.. I asked him twice that loge my complaint regarding wrong information given me by customer care and about speed but not getting any... Related reply neither loge my complain he told me that there is no such option they have to complaint against wrong information given by costumer care... Now pls i request you that pls register my complain and forward me reference...

Recently we bought Jio phone by paying Rs.1500. But it is very slow in opening applications. It takes lot of time to open even contact list.
So we are using another phone.
