Reliance Jio Infocomm — top up was done on, 25th june for rs. 309 for 84 days but now asking me to recharge & balance is showing 0

Top up was done on 25th June through on line for 84days package Rs.309 within few days asking me to recharge & my service was stopped on 4th July after complaining to u it was cleared only on 8th July. Out of 84 days already 4days no service in July, only by September 16th from June 25 th 84 days again asking me to recharge now, only 43 days are over.
