Subject: triple cash back
I have purchased jio sim number [protected] and charged rs 399 on 17 november 2017 under
“triple cash back offer”. But till today i have not received any of your e-commerce partner
Coupon.
As suggested by jio customer service agent, i have uninstalled and re installed myjio app 3 times.
Still my coupon section show “ you do not have any coupon currently”
Even after talking to your customer care, the problem is not solved.
This issue is known to jio’s customer care for last 40 days. Since your customer care did not solve
The issue, i have approached your applet body in tamil nadu by e-mail on 19 december 2017.
There replies are similar to customer care and till to-day the issue is not solved, enclosed screen
