Reliance Jio Infocomm — Unable to get barcode after getting port number

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400067

As per ur procedure I downloaded jio app n ported my existing no.to jio, received port no-533359., went to reliance digital but they told that I need a barcode n its been 5 days now that I hv not yet received barcode n the staff was also inefficient to guide me thru it properly.I have samsung galaxy tab A8 with LTE as mentioned on the reliance site.
Kindly provide feedback.
