Jio Money wallet has got my more than 5000 INR in the account. I have been trying since yesterday to recharge my Videocon D2H ID # 25527970 through Jio Money App. Upon each attempt it says "Error while processing the requets". I gave it few minutes, few hours as well as over a day but it is giving me same error. We have verified that there is no network connectivity issue as well and all details are correct as well.
Worst part is that when I am contacting on Jio helpline no[protected]Published by Jio) is on continuous hold music for over 30 mins :-( and nobody is bothered to answer. As I am typing this the hold music is still playing and the wait has caused a physical discomfort to me including headache.
I am repenting on putting my money and confidence in Jio money. I'll appreciate if someone can help. I'll try one last time before I switch my account to some other service provider who is more customer oriented and has a sense of doing fair business. Was this information helpful? |
