I requested for a cancellation of services on 12th dec and
I have been unable to return the jio device - modem, 4th, adapter etc till date - 21 dec.
As neither the service engineer comes to collect it nor am i suggested a jio store near my place to visit and return. It has been more than a week.
Every time a call/mail comes, there is a standard message, "sorry for the inconvenience caused."
After shifting my residence, i requested for the disconnection of jio services. - as relocation request was not attended to.
Every time i get the uninstallation appointment message from jio (Attached sms snapshot), i go to my old residence and wait for the service engineer but no one turns up. After i reach home, i get the message "you were not available to be contacted so please reschedule." (Attached one of the sms snapshot)
They are not ready to collect from my new location also.
This has happened multiple times.
Resolution requested:
I am not sure how to return the device, which is abs of no use to me.
And i would like my deposit amt to be refunded.
