My wife's jio sim (Isn't working from may 15, tuesday 8:30 pm.
I've tried to reach customer support team and they said it is an unplanned outage, it will get resolved by may 16, wednesday by 3:00 am. However it wasn't resolved.
I tried to call them again on the next day to get an update, they said the issue is being still in process and asked to wait for 24 hrs. But not resolved.
Again contacted them, they registered the complaint and informed the issue will be forwarded to network team and asked to wait for 48 hrs. Even after 48 hrs, issue not resolved.
I called again and asked to pass the call to the manager. The advisor said manager is not available and if i know any other language, he will check the available manager to speak. He put me on hold for 15 mins and disconnected the call. He did it deliberately. We still face the issue and on one resolves the issue.
I do have a jio sim and it works fine for me.
I've paid rs. 350 for this service. But i'm unable to use it. I want them to refund my money, so that i'll go for the alternate subscriber who provide better customer support.
