On sunday[protected] i had visited your kamothe outlet to port my existing mobile number to reliance jio. The staff informed me that the system is down and asked me to come back on tuesday[protected]. When i visited on tuesday, office staff informed me that still the system is down and cannot perform the port operation and again asked me come after two days. I enquired about the outlet contact number the staff told me that the landline number is not working and they don't have any alternate number. So i asked them that how will i come to know that your system is up for porting do i need to visit daily to your outlet? On this the staff replied that it's your problem and you are the one who need to port your existing number.
This is how you trained your staff to talk to customer?
The outlet staff is under presumption that they are running the reliance telecom rather than mr. Dhirubhai ambani.
Kindly take an action against such behavior and train your staff to be polite.
