Reliance Jio Infocomm — Urgent help required | |||||
Dear sir, I m a Jio user. Two days before I had done a recharge of 303 rupees by using Jio money app through my debit card, unfortunately my payment was FAILED but my money deducted from account.After that I tried once more time and the payment was successful.But I again charged 303 rupees that means total 606 rupees for a single recharge plan. I asked to the customer Care executive and they assured me that amount will be automatically refunded within the two working days. But already the two days has been left and I have not received any amount that I lost. TXN ID : IU[protected] I request kindly look into the problem as soon as possible.
