I understand that unforeseen circumstances might cause delays, but despite contacting the Jio representative who initially processed my Jio Fiber recharge and reaching out to the Jio customer care, I have not received a definitive resolution or a scheduled installation date.Each time, I am assured that the connection will be established soon, yet no action has been taken.

Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I urge you to prioritize the installation of my Jio AirFiber connection at the earliest. Additionally, I would appreciate either the prompt return of my installation charges as compensation in the form of a money voucher recharge for the inconvenience and distress caused.
