Dear sir/madam
I created welcome offer code for jio sim on 11 october 2016. Next day 12th of october, i approached reliance digital show room at perambur, chennai to get jio sim,
After get my aadhar card info and bio metric authentication, the sales rep. Told that the code already redeemed and she told me to send mail to customer care.
The same day i sent mail and i received auto acknowledgement in mail. Till now no response from customer care.
Today (17 october 2016) same thing happened with my wife's mobile.
Its seems like the sales people are doing some tricks on this.
After the lots of complaints in same issue, i am afraid that my mobile imei number and my aadhar details will misuse by others.
Please do necessary things to solve this issue
