I have a subscription (Ac No[protected] of Jio Fiber through which free Voice Connection is provided.
I'm not able to make any outgoing or incoming calls through this service.
When ever i call the customer care, they say there is a technical problem.
This is not working since last 8 months and no response on fixing this.
There are other 15 connections in my apartment and everyone is able to use the service.
I would like to raise this complaint and request for fixing this issue asap and compensate for last 8 months for which i paid the service charge without using the facility.
I never experienced such a bad service from any ISP till date. Was this information helpful? |
