I was using the jio set-top box form the last 6 months, but when suddenly remote of that set-top box stopped working jio is not trying to resolve my problem.
It's been 2 weeks there is no engineer visit till now, daily i'm calling in customer care for problem, they are saying that within 24hr engineer will visit but no one is coming, even their engineers are laying that they visited but no one was at home, while i'm doing work from home and my mom, sister, dad every one is at home only.
