I am a prime member after seeing advertisement in tv/hoardings and myjioapp i recharged 399 dhana dhana offer in sep-3rd (Where offer was still valid according to there media release link) but i was getting charged for post paid bill cycle too even after taking this offer : (Very disappointing.
So i had paid 399 + postpaid bill value 303 + tax every month.
On repeated call and visit to store & service centers i got different answers and no resolution yet.
I got my service stopped also from dec-06-2017 but billing and 399 is still running.
They call only to ask when bill will be paid and send mail saying open and check bill for details.
Please start action to advertise correctly in media and ask customer care to give one answer and don't trick customers with wage answers and justification and request to come to store/service center...
