This is regarding my due bill of Rs. 3615.05 for the months of Dec 21, Jan 22 and Feb 22 for the Jio fiber number [protected].
I would like to bring to your notice that I had been promised an offer of 2 months free service if I make a lump sum payment for 6 months for jio fiber + dth by your team. I had taken a plan of Rs. 999/- per month and made a payment of Rs. 7072.92 on 29.06.2021.
My complain is that Jio has charged me for December 2021, January 2022, and February 2022 whereas 8 months from the payment date ends in 28.02.2022. So I had already paid I advance for the services till February 2022 and I have still been billed for it. That's not all, I was threatened to pay the amount or else they would bar my account and affect my CIBIL score as per the company's policy. They said that once I pay the amount, they would look into the wrong billing and issue me a refund. But now, nobody is responding and I have been robbed off of my hard earned money. Complete customer harassment. I have sent 20+ mails in the past 20 days and yet have not received any solution or refund. The toll free number is also useless. Doesn't seem to work. I want a full refund of Rs. 3615 immediately. I want somebody to call me and register my complaint and work for the solution. You get multiple calls for recovery of the outstanding amount but not even a single call when I have filed a complaint via email. Pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
