Reliance Jio Infocomm — Wrong issue of jio 3G connection | |||||
SirMy name is P.Seetharami Reddy, nearly one month back came to me and asked for connection of JIO. I am working as Govt. Employee at District Medical & Health Officer, Guntur. Already I was used BSNL No [protected]. As per your agent I agreed to change my BSNL to JIO with the same number i.e.[protected]. Your agent change my BSNL to JIO through PORT and received an amount of Rs.200/- from me and issued 4G connection card. But I am using 3G phone, the agent did not seen the phone and issued 4G connection. I was told through customer care and told that the above matter and your servicer told me one person came to you with in 4 days and setteled the problem. But no person meet me. It is very irregular because I lose BSNL and not connected JIO. Mentally I depressed with your services. It is not calculated with money. Kindly to enquire and reback my money and BSNL connection.
