Wrong recharge can't be reverted back from the Reliance jio mobile app. I have wrongly recharged around Rs. 600 to my jio smart phone. The recharge plan was jio phone pack. There should a possibility for the customer to revert back his recharge in this scenario. Was this information helpful? | |||
