Reliance Jio Infocomm — wrong recharge done accidentally

Hi, i have wrongfully recharged my number with the wrong plan and paid with lazypay so didn't get a chance to cancel it too can you please reverse the recharge. It has not been activated too. The number on which recharge is done is [protected]. The recharge amount is 249.
I've attached the screenshot of the transaction email.
