Reliance Jio Infocomm — Wrong system of Data Plan Usage

I recharged My jio number [protected] with Rs. 597 pack, it has a validity of 90 days and it will expire on Nov 3 2021 and it gives a data of 75 GB. Then I recharged my number with another Rs. 151 plan which gives 30gb data and will expire on Sep 10, 2021. Now my 30gb plan is not getting used and the 75gb data is draining. After 30 days my 30gb plan will expire without being used because the 75gb data will be in use unless it is exhausted completely and my money of Rs.151 will be completely wasted. I demand that the data pack with less validity should be used first or to remove such silly recharge plans because in this case its the consumer only who is facing loss and not the company.
I called the customer care, it took almost 10 minutes just to get someone on call and in short he said I am writing down this issue and we MIGHT be able to help you. No complaint was note down by the company and no complain number or anything like that was shared with me.
