My registered numbers are [protected].My internet services are not working since 17 January and booked the complaints and several follow up including escalation of the complaint. Till date no service person has visited.
Both your escalation department and customer support have been ineffective.
I got this connection in June paid for one one internet connection, however your person Hitesh (contact number +[protected] had configured two connection in one set up box He says he installed one set up box and given me another without having installed. I do not understand this.
After a week, he visited my home to make a reauest for shifting of connections I do not understand this.
Now there is a mismatch between my connections number and set up box.
Nothing is happening despite the effort of your customers services and escalation department.
