Our security deposit of Jio FIBER was supposed to be returned within 14days after pick up of Jio FIBER device (10th September 2021) but it has been a month since then. I even called the customer care 4 -5 times and didn’t get any satisfactory response. I was told refund has been initiated but without any success….
