Reliance Jio — Jio internet and dth

Address:Telecomnagar, street no 16, Gachibowli

They try to instal Jio and failed but forcefully took otp that they installed the Jio fiber and before day they collected money 4500/- money from me, they said they give full refund if the installation is not happen but still now they didn’t take any action, this happens sept 3rd 2021. Please help
