Reliance Jio — Jio network completely dead in dehradun

JIO NETWORK COMPLETELY DEAD IN DEHRADUN FOR 15+ DAYS 🚨*

Location: *Dehradun, Uttarakhand*
Issue: *Zero network/signal since 8th June 2025*

I’m currently in Dehradun and Jio is 100% dead here. Not just me — *literally nobody in this area uses Jio anymore*. Locals told me “Jio doesn’t work here, switch to other networks”. People have abandoned Jio because of 2+ years of network issues.

*What I faced:*
1. *₹500+ wasted* on 2 extra data packs. Couldn’t use a single MB due to zero network. Jio refuses to refund or carry forward data.
2. *13+ days of false promises*: First said “30 days to fix”, then “10 days”, now agents say “3-4 months”. Nothing resolved.
3. *Zero customer support*: 1+ hour on IVR loops. No human picks up. They stopped taking my calls completely.
4. *2 years of complaints*: This area had Jio issues for years. It worked before, now dead since 8th June.

I don’t live here permanently, but when I’m here I should get service, right? I paid for it. Instead I got mental harassment, wasted time, and financial loss.

*@JioCare @reliancejio* This is unacceptable. If an entire area abandons your network, that’s a failure. Resolve this or refund my money.
