On 4th march 2021 i raised complaint regarding voice call on my landline connection[protected]. On very next day they closed my ticket without solving the issue on which i mailed on appellate_mumbai to inform about the wrong way in which the service is closed for the ticket. From that day till date neither any of the engineer came nor their online technical team could solve the issue.
In last 2weeks have wrote to them 4-5 times regarding the same and only response i get from them is to provide the issue i am facing which is so pointless. In my very first mail i have provided them the complete details and instead of solving the issue they are just good at wasting their customer time by reverting whenever they want and that too for asking the same questions.
I request some action to be taken against them for the bad service and wrong doing. Was this information helpful? |
