I have purchased LYF Flame 8 mobile for Rs. 4200/- on 9th oct.16. At time of purchase they promised to provide 4G net on jio sun for 3 months. Till date I have not been given the 4G net service. I have lodged complaint on jio customer care 4 times and called almost 20 times but every time they promise to activate the internet service within 24 hrs or 48 hrs but no result. I also have call recording of my last complaint to jio customer care where I had a talk with Mr. Abhishek on 17th oct. at around 8:45 pm whereby he promised to activate the service within 4 hrs. But again same ...no result. I am feeling cheated by JIO because just for the 4G net I bought Rs. 4200 mobile of LYF but I dint got the service as promised. The complaint no. of the complaints I have booked but unfortunately all of them were unresolved are as under-
1) SR0000024DKX - On 12th oct.
2) SR0000028T2S - On 14th oct.
3) SR00002CDQP - On 16th oct.
All these were closed with issue remaining unsolved.
