Reliance Jio — non-functional air-fibre service and refund refusal

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Jio Air-Fibre service. I subscribed to the 100 MBPS plan on April 30th, 2024, in Vrindavan, Mathura. Since the installation, the service has not worked even for a single day. This has severely impacted my ability to perform my office work.

Despite daily calls to Jio customer care, the issue remains unresolved. The customer care representatives have offered to cancel the service but have refused to refund the amount I paid. This situation is unacceptable, and I request immediate action to resolve the issue and process a full refund.
