Reliance Jio — Not active jio sim

I have purchased lyf flame 1 mobile on[protected] and got jio sim free (Jio Sim No

But the jio sim has not activation. I
have purchased the mobile phone & sim card is not providing any
assistance in this manner. He didn't responds to the call, even his
manner of talking is not professional in any sense. The other persons
