This in reference to the complaint raised sr00000kdkje with jio customer care with topic of network coverage. As per the sms received, the issue was to sorted by 2nd july, 2018. However, to which i again received the sms on 25/6/2018 stating that it would still take 90 days to get the issue resolved.
Also, i requested the call back from the tech team but the same also did not happen. Moreover, i am facing lot of issues regrading the network in my place.
I am not able to utilize the services at all, then what is the point of being the jio customer. All my recharges have been a total waste.
Nobody could contact me in the case of an emergency as i do not receive proper services from your side.
Moreover, the complaints are closed without any proper intimation or resolution regrading the same.
I had put complain in public greviance portal also but to which i never review a satisfactory resolution. Jio has been just changing date of my problem solving. My first complain was filed on 20th april n since then i have received only one reply"90 days more".
So now finally i have put up complain in trai as they are faking in social media about their services, all the customer are facing issue. Though it is not mentioned anywhere that money cannot be refund they are not refunding recharge money also. Please now trai has become my last hope.
