Reliance Jio — ott access is not provided

I have taken jio fiber connection in the month of august and during that time based on the introductory offer if i take silver plan i will get multiple ott access like hotstar, zee5, voot etc. For 3 months.
Out of that i got all the access except voot and when i tried to enquire it, they told me as the jio plan changed in september so now you have to recharge for gold plan then you will get ott access.
This is just not acceptable they are just trying to fool me if they change the plan in the middle, then i am not responsible for it so i just want all the ott access as they promised me.

Updated by Ritvik Ojha I got a call from an unknown number saying that i called from consumer complain([protected]) and ask me for the account number to refund the amount when I asked how you will return the amount he cut the call, how these scammers are getting phone number from your website instead of solving my problem it might get increased
