Reliance Jio — poor network & very low speed internet speed

I am a reliance joi customer i stay in north bopal area of ahmedabad, gujarat. There are 3 jio users in my house and all are facing the same problem of call drop, voice break we cant even contact to customer care they are also saying that even the cant hear us after colling many times they told to update to latest software update but it is already updated even they said that they are having many consumers problem from our area due to less signal so please solve these problems or we have to transfer to other network unfortunately.
