Reliance Jio — recharge not done

Address:House A3 khasra 211/421, Madhubannagar, 491001

I had recharged my jio number [protected] for 5-6gb vouchers on 3rd october 2019 and 3-6gb data vouchers on 4th october 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge but the myjio app showed that the payment was successful. Since then i am unable to add data vouchers since then and also want my money back if recharge not possible a total loss of rs.808 on my side.

Amount of recharge: total of 8-6gb data vouchers
