Reliance Jio — recharge successful but not activated

On 13th Jan 2020, I have recharged my mobile number [protected] for rupees 199, i have paid through SBI Internate Banking. its successfully recharged. but i could not received activation message. I am unable make any call. I have attached sbi payment statement. I have call customer care, but customer care number also not getting connected.
