I had purchased lyf phone with jio sim with unlimited usage offer for 90 days on 11th july 2016. After 2gb of data usage, the service stopped. I lodged a complaint on 16th july 2016 (Sr000000ace4) and after repeated followups with stupid call center guys, the service has still not started. Every time the call centers guys would give excuses as the information was not correctly entered in their system. If they know that, how long does it take to correct a wrongly typed information? And after each followup they try to raise a new complaint and say that previous complaint had wrong information.
Please either take this dead phone back and return back my money or start the service which i had given you money for. Was this information helpful? |
