Reliance Jio — reliance jio infocomm i am complaining about slow internet speed and customer care not solving my problem

My name is naim and my jio mobile number is [protected] since 25 april 2020 i am facing slow internet problem while using internet through jio data pack, when i faced problem i called jio customer care on 198 and registered my complain but customer care said within the 3-4 hours your problem will be solved but today is 10th of august till now i am facing slow internet speed and my problem is not solved even almost everyday i use to call jio customer care to ask about what's the status of my complain but they reply the same thing within 3-4 hours problem will be solved but till now not solved my problem and my reference no-mr0000syixh9
