Reliance Jio — Reliance jio prepaid sim card not yet activated

Dear sir/madam,
Most respectfully i beg to state that i have taken a reliance jio prepaid sim on 17/09/2016 in the name of akhilesh kr. Jha for which i provided the identity and address proof of voter id card number:rye0733881, by giving coupon code:[protected]. Luckily i got the sim bearing iccid number:[protected], imsi number:[protected]. On 17/9/16 i got an sms from jm-jionet that they have received my application for the new connection by order number:no000009hcih to my alternate number:+91-[protected], on 23/09/16 they informed me via sms from je-jionet that my jio sim no:[protected]. But till now my sim is not yet activated.
So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
