I purchased a White Studio membership (Membership Number: **2882654**) in 2019 and paid an amount of ₹80, 000. Unfortunately, during the pandemic period, I received no follow-up or support from Club Mahindra. Subsequently, I was informed that my account had been suspended, with no further assistance or resolution provided.
Later, an agent from your company approached me and convinced me to take a new membership (Membership Number: **3015118**), with the assurance that my old dues would be repaid. However, after making all the required payments for the new membership and clearing all dues, I have been informed that my old dues will not be refunded. I believe this conduct is not in line with the reputation of a company like Club Mahindra. I feel misled and cheated twice, first with the suspension of my original membership without notice and then with the false promise of a refund for my old dues.
I request a thorough review of my case and an immediate refund of the old dues related to my first membership. As a loyal customer who has fulfilled all obligations for the new membership, I expect Club Mahindra to honor the commitments made by your representatives. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly to avoid any further inconvenience or escalation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and positive response.
