Reliance Jio — Sim card with wifi device

I purchased a new jio wifi device and sim on 21 august. And i got this message on 23 august:

Dear customer,
Thank you for choosing jio. We have received your application for new connection. Your order number is no000003ypfz.
Thank you,
Team jio

Its more than a week now and connection is still not activated.
And no further communication from them.

I visited the store 4 times but they are also not cooperating.
