Reliance Jio — Wrong promise of providing unlimited 4G data with Lyf FLAME 1 smartphone for 90 days without speed reduction | |||||
Bought Lyf flame 1 mobile a month ago with preview offer valid for 3 months ( Till 9 Nov 2016). But Suddenly reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data after which speed reduces by 150 times. At the time of mobile purchase I was promised that preview offer will be for 90 days and can't be changed. now the changed this offer and Its against the rule.At least they should provide preview offer with unlimited access of data without speed reduction for Ly[censored]ser till 90 days.MY jio number is [protected].my name is jasdeep Singh.it's a right of customer to get what was promised at time of buying anything .it's not fair that they migrate me welcome offer from preview offer before my preview offer expired.moreover customer care does not pickup phone even after 40 mins hanging on line. When ever I m in a call after 10-15 mins its get disconnected n shows call dropped network issue.. n today my network speed is below 2g speed...i[censored] giving free...mean it..just fix this

I have taken New sim card [protected] a month ago it's not yet activated till now gave a complaint at customercare twice but no action taken at jio care and service request No is SR0000014LLC
Sir, yesterday[protected]i visited in digital express, yamuna vihar (DELHI).they told me that jio sim will be available on Wednesday[protected].but today again, i visited at same digital express they told me, on 14 September we will give you a token and after that we will give you date for jio sim... really its rule to get jio sim...?
