We have received a bill now with so many late charges. Why should we pay when when we have no notification of discontinuation of services in our area. This number was more than 5 years old and all are official clients called on this number. Since the discontinuation of the number we have faced a huge loss because our clients were unable to contact us on our number. We shall take this forward and go to the consumer forum and sue Reliance for the inconvenience and loss caused to us. On top of that we are being charged of late charges? Why? A copy of this email is marked to the national consumer helpline and will register our complaint at other consumer forum websites as no solution has been provided after contacting the appellate authorities aswell. Ltd. Fixed Line No.:[protected] A/c No.: [protected] 3 months back an executive from Reliance came to our office saying that now we are disconnecting your number as Reliance will not be providing fixed line services in your area. You will not receive any bills and if you do then do not pay as the services are getting discontinued. Since then we have no service and all wires got removed. The service engineer was the same who has been taking care of our complaints in the past years which made us believe to what he said. We would request you to please waive all our previous pending bills and confirm us.
