Reliance — Less talktime credited

They showed me an offer which stated that i will receive talktime of 210 rs. in 140 rs. recharge. When i did the recharge i received only 121 rs. When i called customer care they said that he can't see any such offer..when i proved him wrong he said that this offer is not available for me..ignore the details and said that i should ask them before every recharge.
