I submit almost 6 to 5 forms in parasia branch regarding my maturity..in 3 forms branch person says tick on surrender your amount.. Then i call customer care he tell me this comment generate fill two form more. Now branch comment two more form to fill... What i mistake.. I buy policy this was my mistake.. Or 2018 april was my maturity date... How much more form i have to fill please inform me... Now branch comment that letter o[censored]ndertaking form have to fill...
