    Some one call me and said i'm rakesh pandey and i'm employ of the reliance life insurance, you are selected in reliance 4g tower, and said my pay you 40 thousand per month and tower will configure in your roof. He said one insurance mandatory our plan. And told me 10 year pay and 15 year money back but you don't pay second time pay one time with in 15 days i will be give you 20500 return in your account. He always said tomorrow i will send you money after one month his number was switch off. So please kindly send me money back i will always thanks to all. It is my humble request.

          I have honer reliance lic policy no. 16862829 as on dt. 13.04.2010 and in this policy feature 6 money back of rs. 31401 as on dt. 13.04.2014, 13.04.2017, 13.04.2020, 13.04.2023, 13.04.2026 & 13.04.2029. Company send the two cheque without intimation and first ch. No. 840312 amount 31401- dt. 28.03.2014 missed place by post office. Also i have request to reliance branch for reissued cheque as on dt. 21.04.2017 but they are not issue and any solution. So please help us asap.

                I Brinesh Babu Shriram worked with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as an Advisor, with Advisor Code 21918440 Tardeo Branch, Mumbai, and now since due to profession issue i have resigned my profile from your Company.

                      Sir, I m retired govt. servant now, I got some arear of one Lac in 2011 and purchased a policy (Single Premium) No:19112122 on 7th July 2011.I received a set of docs apparently photocopy. I contacted Cust. Care and it was given to understand that Policy Doc will be dispatched soon. I wrote a mail on 13/12/2011 and replied "we have made several attempts but failed to reach you" which is totaly false. Meanwhile I was posted to various places, after about one year I received a mail to deposit the premium of one Lac, really surprising for a class III Employee whereas some other family policies were running. I got disappointed by attitude of Co. and sent a letter for cancellation of this policy and also of my son on Aug. 12 2012 & on Nov.18 2013. I also mailed my grievance on 15.11.2013. No efforts were initiated to resolve the issue but lingered on. Then an agent approached me and advised to initiate a new policy and deposit previous poly of one Lac then this amount will be paid by the Co. So expecting a ray of hope I opted for another policy bearing No.50483587 on 16.11.2013. So Policy no.19112122 of One Lac was deposited by him but till date neither the agent turned up nor the amount received. I m retired now and facing financial problems as my kids are yet to me married. It is once again requested to return my hard earned money as 5-6 years have lapsed. hoping for an amicable solution at your level. Shyam Lal Pasi.

                            In the context of the subject matter and reference, I’m furnishing below the total events made by your representative Mr. Mrinmoy Ghosh (The then contact# [protected]) for your kind perusal and necessary action.

                            Event 1. Promised to give 1 Gold Coin & 5% Instant Cash back (within 1 week of encashment) of the Principal amount to be deposited.
                            Event 2. 5 years Single Premium Policy and promised to return double amount of the principal at maturity.
                            Event 3. Requested not to fill the full form and said that he will fill it up on behalf of me. Said only to fill my name, address, nominee name and put signature on different pages.

He misguided me over phone for all day long at Salt Lake City Area (Sector-I/II/III/IV/V) and then switched his mobile phone off. I am sorry to say that after rounding to-and-fro from noon to dusk I returned back my home without finding your office.
                            Event 5. I mailed you informing the matter and laughingly, to calm me down you sent me a Desk Calendar printed my name on each month showing that I am the luckiest person in the world.

                            However, after completion of 5 years tenure of my deposit Rs.50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only, you are requested to reimburse Rs.1, 00, 000/- (Rupees One Lakh) only as committed by your representative at the time of receiving the cheque.                                 I took the reliance life policy No 51555055 and 51555065 in march 2014, later i went for cancellation but they dint took. Asked me to Waite till march 2017 (Because it has 3-years lock in period) for surrender but now they are not accepting my policy and not paying my premium amount.                                       Dear sir, I would certainly request to take up my point to the higher authorities’ and have been trapped by the fake call offering 0% Loan against Reliance Life Insurance Policy. I was offered Rs.70, 00, 000 against a Reliance Life policy. Initially I got a call from Mr. ANKIT MISHAR ([protected]) (Sales executive of Reliance capital in 518) He is the fraud initiator. He changed his Cell no. trice. Last one is active these days. I got a MSG from him on 18th DECMBER'2015 stating that I am offered 0% loan if I purchase reliance Life Insurance Policy. I was in bad need of funds He asked me to take a Reliance Life Insurance policy (Increasing Income Plan) Premium payable Rs.70000/- p.a.& I was glad to know that I'll be getting a huge amount in just 25 days.I belong to a middle class family & I certainly know the value of money .I've been working since past 10 years sacrificing many things in life & this call took away my savings in no time. And yes, he is not the only culprit. He is good for nothing. He asked me to take up one more policy of Rs.35000/-. I denied. Later I was suppose to receive the entire loan amount. On that day she didnt receive the call. The other day, she left a message that she is busy, the other day, I was completely helpless since 10 months (from DEC15 to October), so I denied to take up any more policy and requested to cancel my loan application & refund the policy money back. She said that the policy money wont be refunded at any case. The matter was extended till Till Today october 2016 and finally when I humbly requested to cancel the Loan application, I was told that the application wont be cancelled and the amount wont be refunded. Initially she also committed that she will help me in getting the policy cancelled, but then she denied and said that you can forget your money now. It was easy for her to say this, but not easy for me.. I would request Reliance to kindly make use of all the exceptional powers and refund the money back. Its a big amount for me.                                       The Governing Body of Insurance Council (GBIC) has been established under Redressal of Public Grievances Rules 1998, to set-up and facilitate the Institution of Insurance Ombudsman in India.

                                      The Governing Body of Insurance Council consists of one representative each from all insurance companies; the representative is required to be either the Chairman or Managing Director or a Director of the company represented.

                                      The Redressed of Public Grievances Rules 1998 (RPG Rules - 1998) contain provisions in respect of appointment and office term, etc for Insurance Ombudsman and also include stipulations in respect of staffing and administration of Ombudsman Centre, powers of Ombudsman, manner of lodging complaint and disposal of complaint by Ombudsman either by way of Recommendation or Award. Miscellaneous Provisions of the notification relate to constitution of Advisory Committee, submission of annual report, etc.

                                      Insurance Ombudsmen are appointed by the Governing Body and are empowered to entertain complaints on the following aspects in respect of personal line insurances:
                                      • Any partial or total repudiation of claims by an insurer.
                                      • Any dispute in regard to premium paid or payable in terms of the policy.
                                      • Any dispute on the legal construction of the policies in so far as such disputes relate to claims.
                                      • Delay in settlement of claims.
                                      • Non-issue of any insurance document to customers after receipt of premium.

                                      Sorry it appears that your bank has declined the verification please contact your bank clarifications.if the amount was debited from your bank it will be refunded back to you
                                      We would like to inform you that your request has been refused, your amount is 4242.00/- Rs will be refund with in 45 days as per the RBI norms,
                                      Also we share your feedback to all bank, civil, etc. Now we won't continue further process kindly contact with Reliance, HDFC, future, etc
