I have not get my 25% of sum assured forth anniversary year money back amount.
Compony ne muze dhoka diya hai, policy lene ke time pe aapko maturity amount paid premium amount se 50000 rs kam melega to mai kabhi bhi policy nahi leta.
Only 2.5 lak ka life cover lene ke liye mai kyu 50000 rs Barbad karunga? Uske bajay mai nonrefundable 10000 rs bhar ke 80 lake ka life cover preferred karta.

The company has misguided me & sold the police at the time when i was surrender the previous policy of mine they guided me that by making a new policy i will get the good surrender value of my old policy but i didnt get the eahance value but instead of that i got the least value on this account i ask them to surrender my new policy and give them my premium back they reply that you will get it back after the locking period as now my locking period is over they said that you have to pay the other four premium than only your policy will be continued and can be surrender but as my knowledge irda has a new rule that no pemium amount can be lapse the coutomer will gwt the amount after deducting the chages of the policy get back the money only after the locking period so sir kindly help me to get back my premium amount along with the savings interest my policy no is50322186. I have even surrender a policy in hdfc they have ginen my money back along with the savings interest on that policy also i have paid only the single premium but reliance life insurance is denying to pay the premium back.

          My self Bijan Sarkar, take a policy of Reliance Life Insurance company from Kolkata, Guaranted Money back Policy no[protected] client ID[protected] issued on 24th September, 2015.
          This is to bring your kind and urgent attention, that I have deceived and fraud by the agents and Telecallers of Reliance, Kolkata office.

          For your knowledge, in past my previous office ( Automobiles Dealer) had made a policy of Bajaj Allianze in April, 2002 on my name against my PF deduction of my salary. The policy premium was Rs. 22404/- (yearly). After 3 years the company has closed without paying the premium except 1.

          On September 2015, 1st & 2nd week, I have received constant phone calls from several persons of Reliance, Kolkata office, talking about my old policy withdrawal. They said the old policy o[censored]nit link plan, have invested in Reliance Gold equity lying in unclaimed position. The value calculated near about 50, 000/- as NAV wise. They told me to withdraw the amount with opening a new A/c. in Reliance Insurance Company of one same premium amount.

          At that time, I was worried about some money for my mothers Gall blooder & Hernia operation as early as possible and I told my problem for invest money to open a policy . They assure me that, If I open a new policy of Reliance Insurance, they could withdraw the amount on medical ground within 25 days, including new policy amount also. I believe there word of Reliance persons, because I have the relation with ICICI Bank, maintaining the Account of Savings and Demat more than 15th Years.

          On guidance of Mr. Rakesh Mondal ([protected]), Sr. Executive of Reliance Insurance, I visited to him at office of Reliance Infrastructure Co. Ltd. at Salt lake, Sector-V, Webel More, Reshmi Building- 2nd floor, Kolkata-700 091. As required by him, I deposited my Photo, Pan, Old Policy Copy and a ICICI cheq. Rs. 22, 400/- to Mr. Mondal. He made me a policy for one time premium without introducing the policy schedule and norms. But I got the paper of 15 yrs. regular policy.

          For 2 months I have received several phones from Executives and Telecallers from Reliance Kolkata & Bombay offices on related of Bank A/c. confirmation, receiving policies documents and processing for return the amount on medical ground. After 3 months no phone connection works. I visited at the office for few days, but no any responsible person not in office to receive my complain.

          In between, on December, 2015, I bound to change my mother’s operation from Nursing home to Hospital on facing of monitory problem. It is very heart full matter, some educated person of Reliance staffs made the fraud/ miss selling also knowing my problem. They made the policy of 22, 400/- per year, also knowing my earning between 2 laks per annum and also my age cover 54 yrs.

          The phones of Executive & Telecallers have received from Akash Choudhury[protected], Swapan Banerjee (Sr. Exec.- [protected]), Rakesh Mondal([protected]), Dipak Das([protected]), Dipak Mahali-Accounts, Bombay ([protected]) and many other Lady voices from[protected]. Last call recd. 08/01/2016 from Ankita Desmukh, Reliance-Bombay office, she confirmed my Bank details and said Audit works is going and after 2 months and the amount credited automatically by NEFT. But now all the phone nos. out of conncetion.

          My heartily request to you for cancel my policy and please provide my amount.

          I have sign a policy bond about a three years ago . We have pay the amount 2 time .mens every 1 years pay the amount but till date we have not provide any policy bond.its a very disgusting agent ect

They told us many benefits in the plan but in actual all benefits are not available.             I mohinder singh from badsa want to refund amount against policy number 51820639. As the agent sold the policy with fake commitment.
            He told me i have to pay single premium & i will get a cover for 10 years. But i later came to know its a regular 10 years paying product. I am a retired pensioner & my age is 67 years & my financial condition is poor. i am not in condition to pay the regular premium. many times i went Bahadurgarh Reliance office. but thay didn't listen my complaint.
            kindly look into matter & refund my paid amount which is earned by very hard work.

                This is regarding my reliance life insurance policy no10399667, which i purchased in 2006 for 10 years term. As per terms i have paid 3 years premium and continued my policy.
                But this policy has been terminated in 2015 and the final fund value of rs 699000 was sent to my policyholders address. But i was not informed about the termination of the policy and was sent to my address where i donot stay now.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have policy and client ID number 03487214 and policy no is 11611968. Policy Term is for 10 years . Started on 29/02/2008. I regularly paid three years post that I didn't pay but I was regularly see the policy fund details through reliance site. Today on checking the site found that all policy details and fund information has been removed and at the same time I call to customer care. Customer Care person informed me that your policy was not active from long time due to that reason it has closed and final reimbursement has been send to your home address and it is send on July 2015 i.e. one years back without any prior intimation to me. I have left my home five years back but regular tenant is available . I called back to my tenant and asked about this he has not received any document and cheque. Due to communication gap by Company and without prior information policy has been closed and I have lost my money. So I request you to please provide the solution as soon as possible.

                    I have purchased water 7 approx 5 days ago.As I Search any url in google chrome then automatically chrome home screen disable .yet I have to push back button, i reach again chrom home page .while there is no problem at uc browser or whatsapp typing and offline typing.

                      Maine apni wife mamta kushwaha ke name ek policy liya tha jiska policy no. 19263269 hai. Wife ki death novenber 14 me ho gayi thi. Maine death claim october 2015 me death claim kiya tha. Abhi tak mujhe paisa nhi mila. Jabki maine branch ghatampur me sare documents diye the.branch me pata karne pr bataya gya ki aapki check waapas ho aayi hai.dubara reqest lagane ke liye maine 2 bar poore documents diye. Lekin Suneet ji ne meri reqest nhi lagayi.
                      Sir nine month hone ke baad bhi mujhe paida nhi mila. Jabki LIC ka death claim mujhe 41 din me mil gya tha.Suneet ji kahte hai ki tumhe mai aise hi pareshan karooga.
                      Sir kya mujhe mera paisa milega ki nhi??

                          This is in reference to do with the harassment that has been caused by reliance life insurance to myself and my family since last 6 months. We are a family who had unfortunately bought a life insurance (Policy number –[protected] from reliance life in the year 2010. My father (Pradeep kumar bansal, the proposer) who had done the life insurance for me – mr. Roshan kumar bansal - passed away this year. Since he was the sole person responsible for taking care of the family, we are no longer in a position to pay the premium amount required for my policy every year. I have requested reliance life insurance to accept my surrender request and pay me my due so that i can support my family. However, reliance life is acting smart and asking me to bring a ‘legal heir certificate’ to do the needful.

                          To solve the issue, i brought the ‘legal heir certificate’ from my ward counselor. However, reliance life refused to accept it. Then i brought a ‘legal heir certificate’ from the notary. Again, you didn’t accept it. Finally, i brought the ‘legal heir certificate’ from the executive magistrate. Again, you have refused to accept it. Now you are asking me to bring a ‘legal heir certificate’ from a sub divisional officer (Sdo) or a district magistrate (Dm). I have been going to these people since last 3 months but they have clearly refused to offer me the certificate since this is not their job and they don’t know me personally.

                          Let me be very clear with you. The sub divisional officer (Sdo) and the district magistrate (Dm) are not my family members that they know me and will provide me with a ‘legal heir certificate’. Reliance life insurance knows this very well that i will never be able to get this certificate from a sdo or a dm. You are trying to play around with me. I have lost my father six months back. You as a company will never be able to understand what i and my family are going through at the moment.Instead of being compassionate, you are making me run from one office to the other every single day knowing that there is no end to it and also knowing very well that since i am in no position to pay the premiums anymore, you are just waiting for the day when i fail to pay my next premium and you can cancel my policy without paying me my due.

                          I have been getting emails from one of your executive named priti iyer asking me to provide legal heir certificate. However, she doesn’t mention that it should be specifically from a sdo or a dm. I am sure you know it very well that a sdo or a dm will never provide me with such a certificate until and unless they know me personally.

                          I want to tell reliance life insurance one thing very clearly. There is a limit to a person’s patience. The day i lose it, trust me, someone will regret.Instead of cheating me with my policy amount, i would appreciate if you could give me my due at the earliest.

                          I am sending you this email so that next time when i escalate this case to the highest level, i have a proof to stand by my statements. If i do not get a proper reply from you within next 24 hours, i will take it to the social media, consumer courts, media and the irda.

                          I do not expect you to be kind to me during this period of bereavement. I would however expect from you to not give me this trouble of getting my money back.

Pandey representative of broker code # 21197245 of Reliance Insurance co. assured me for tour package (verbal)with Insurance policy purchase on 10th, Mar’ 2010, on their assurance I purchased policy no 18702410 for Rs.30, 000 on 10th, Mar’ 2010 after that I asked with them about tour package they asked tour package will come along with policy bond but it was bad luck policy bond came but without tour package. This matter I forwarded to Reliance Insurance co. about that package and requested to Clarify with that broker’s representative but Reliance Insurance co. neither asked anything by Mr. Pandey nor asked with me anything. I requested Reliance Insurance co. to close the policy no 18702410 and return my deposited amount Rs. 30, 000. It has been long time now neither they got me that tour package nor return my deposited amount .Policy no 18702410 is also not closed by them.

                              श्रीमान जी मेरी पालिसी जिसका नंबर 12261670 है, जो मेरे द्वरा दिनांक 22/07/2008 को खुलवाई गयी थी, जब मै पालिसी सरेंडर करने हेतु Reliance Life Insurance कार्यालय जो गजानंद काम्प्लेक्स सीतापुर में स्थित है में गयी, वहा मुझे बताया गया, की आपकी पालिसी का भुगतान मु० 38164 रु० दिनांक 6/07/2015 को चेक द्वारा आपके पते पर भेज दिया गया है, जो मेरे यहाँ दिनांक 28/07/2015 को खाते से कैश भी दर्शा रहा है। श्रीमान जी मुझे कोई चेक प्राप्त नहीं हुयी है और न ही मेरे खाते पर उक्त धनराशि आयी है।

                                I've been a victim of loan against reliance life insurance policy. An amount of rs.200000/- is invested with reliance life insurance on the commitment of loan. No loan is received and now i humbly request you to cancel the policy and refund the money back.
                                I belong to a very lower middle class and an amount of rs.200000/- means a lot to me.
                                Reliance is a big shot. I request reliance to release my amount at earliest.

                                I'm ready to share all the details of fraud case whenever required.

                                  This is nirmala bhawsar my policy no. 52462233 i take a one policy at your company reliance life insurance company from indore my adviser will be say this policy is a one time policy but i got the information this policy is a regular policy 15 yrs. My adviser misselling this policy. Very long time i not got my policy schedule. But i given the presser my adviser i got my policy documentation 2 jun 2016. I read my policy i know policy this policy is mis selling me my agent is mis communication with me. Tihs policy take the mobile is wrong. No given any company information. Adviser will be received my policy 1/02/2016. This fraud with me. Company people (Indore office) is not given good response, not help me i am not want continue this polcy so i request you free look my police and please provided my amount urgent based.
