My father purchased a life insurance in 2010 "reliance super market return term 10 plan (regular). My sister is nominee in this policy. My father was expired in 2011 and now the policy refund or total sum is not given to my sister. I would like to know why even all papers were submitted to C-Scheme, Jaipur office where my sister went. The employees were not helping and they asking unnecessary signs and documents. Is this company really "RELIANCE" ? Please contact me if any of reliance insurance employees reading my complaint, I will provide full policy details.

    I Shyam Sundar Kumar, applied for surrender of the policy on 24.06.2021, whose nearest branch is in Nawada district (BIHAR) / any receipt was given to me from there.He told me that in 15 days your amount will go to your account / but I have not received any amount till now. When contact is made on the phone, the talk is postponed by speaking for ten days, 15 days.

      The above two mentioned people reached me on phone explaining about the life insurance plan, i said i dont have enough

      money to pay by one shot, they told me that they have an offer going on, i can pay with EMI and they will reimburse any

      excess amount other than premium paid including the full GST amount and the interest plus tax of emi. Later the took the

      statement of emi conversion from me and after that they stopped responding.
      I have received the policy details but i didnt get any reimbursement, i woundnt have purchased that policy through emi, the

      total loss for me is around 5000 rupees.
      I have received a confirmation call from reliance where they asked me to accept all the points that they said. I have all

      the voice and call recordings of their conversation with me and also whatsapp chat. Any details required will be provided

      if required, i am looking forward go get the losses that occured to me.
      The insurance companies are doing these kind of marketing frauds through sales executives by motivating them with

      incentives, due to which the customers get fooled by wrong offerings, if Reliance didnt didnt do fraud with me via their

      sales executives then how did i receive a product of reliance?

        I was contacted by one of your employees, Mansi Goel, EMP ID MG11423 (as told by her),
        on 25th Jan 2021 for selling a policy - Fixed money back plan with Reliance health gain policy.

        She kept on following up till 4th of February 2021 post which I agreed to buy the policy.
        She was constantly after me, claiming to be a Reliance Nippon employee she shared her employee ID, ( MG11423 ) and reliance email ID (manshi.[protected]@relianceada.com) to gain my trust.
        Finally on 6th Feb 2021 - I paid INR 50, 000 as a premium amount for the policy, on the Reliance Nippon website she guided me to, and bought the policy (Payment screenshot is attached).
        She had said that policy papers will be received at my address within 7 days, which never happened, till date.

        However, I did receive messages (SMS) from Reliance nippon affirming my request application number, asking me to complete some verification to process the application further. - I have attached the screenshot of SMSes received.
        I was not able to complete the verification, hence I called her for help. She asked me to share the message details with her, which I did.
        She said she will complete the verification from her end and confirm.
        Post that I tried contacting her multiple times, however, she never replied.

        Next she contacted me in March last week (around 24th Mar 2021), saying that she underwent a surgery, and was on leave, hence could not attend my calls.
        She also informed me that Reliance Nippon company has denied to provide all the promised benefits and that the premium amount will be credited back in my account.
        Since then I was waiting for the amount to be credited, however, it has not happened yet.

        I tried contacting her on 30th Mar 2021, all my calls went unresponsive.
        Further, I called Mansi and her other colleagues (who had called me earlier) daily from 7th Apr to 17th Apr 2021,
        She finally picked up my call on 17th, I requested her for my policy application details, which she said she would message, but she never responded.
        Since then she has not been responding to me at all, and has also blocked my number.
        Now I have no place to go, with my money gone and no policy bond papers received.

        I am in dire need of your help and am very hopeful that you will do the needful and help me out of this situation very soon.
        Please help me get my money back.
        I have attached related communication proofs that I had. In case if you need any more details, do let me know I shall try to provide you all the details I can.

        Had they given me my policy number, I wouldn't have been complaining about the issue.
        I have the transaction details that has been shared already, but the executive never shared my policy details.
        The customer support team was also notified via email, however they never helped with resolution.

        Had I received the policy details, I wouldn't be complaining about the issue.
        I have the transaction details, screenshot of which I have attached.
        As well mailed the customer support team on the given email id, but they don't seem to respond.

            Fraud police sale my reliance nippon Life insurance

            It is very shameful that a big insurance company's employees and agents can fraud consumers by collecting premiums for bogus policies with no intention or ability to pay claims .

            Fraud/Mis selling policy by North India Finserve Pvt Ltd. broker of Reliance Nippon Life

              Pathetic experience with so called India’s most reliable brand Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.

              I had purchased a life insurance policy from Birla Sun life in the year 2016.

              After 4 years I got a call from system generated number where I was told that I have Birla sun life insurance policy(I didn't communicate anything about my policy to anyone) so do I receive regular updates from the company about policy benefits etc .

              Also what I was told at the time of policy purchase by broker is correct or not? They told me that during corona many people have suffered due to false information given to them at the time of policy issuance so government has set up one committee to give true information to the customers.
              They told me that they are forwarding my request to the Aditya Birla Capital about my concern and team will connect with me.
              Next Day I got a call from person claiming himself from Aditya Birla Capital company and most surprisingly he had all the details of my policy like how much I pay in policy yearly or half yearly, what time is already spent with this policy, what is the maturity time of policy with benefits and recently what amount I have got at the 4th anniversary year of my policy(December 2020).
              Hearing all the details I believe no one can have any doubt that the person doesn't belong to the Aditya Birla capital sun life insurance company. I told to the person that yes I had given some false information from broker regarding policy maturity amount which is with respect to the bonus(I didn't take bonus amount serious because I know bonus is bonus and may increase or decrease but what broker actually suggested at the time of policy purchase is that bonus will be n times which was false information).
              Then that person told me that if you had been given this information then we may forward your request to the insurance governing body and they will give you solution. I agreed on that.
              Next day I got a call from person Named Manish Thakur(Mob no- [protected]) saying he belongs to insurance governing body and surprisingly he also had all my policy details. He discussed with me sometimes(I didn't convey anything about my policy as he had all the details of my policy) and told me he is forwarding my concern to the head office of Birla sun life insurance and they will connect with me and suggested me to told them to give back my money then I will take my complain back or else tell them to freeze your policy and give freezing number so that policy can be ported.
              Next day I got a call from person(dnt remember his name, mob no- [protected]) claiming himself that he is speaking from head office of Birla sun life insurance and I have so and so complain, he told me that they cant give my money back and insisted to take my complain back but I refused. At last they told we are freezing your account and most surprisingly the amount with which it was freeze was all correct(was equal to the amounts I have paid to Birla in 4 years minus amount Birla has paid to me in December 2020).
              Now with this freezing number that guy Manish Thakur Suggested me and gave link to reliance Nippon life insurance policy saying purchase this policy and your old policy amount will be transferred to the reliance and he make me noted down policy maturity benefits and what amount I will get at the end of 5 years with transferred amount as well and conveyed same will come printed on your policy bond paper and appointed one manager from reliance company.
              Next Day I got a call from Neeraj Verma (mob- [protected]) who is saying he is employee of Reliance Nippon and my policy manager. He told me that in verification call I will get call from broker so don't tell them about policy merger and I will provide you merger details and policy details in bond paper as this process is getting handled from head office.
              New policy was purchased and when I got the document I didn't get on paper what I was communicated. I followed up with Niraj verma and he is lying everyday since December 2020 that this will be done and taking time due to corona . Its been more than 2 months and I haven't received my document which was supposed to be.
              I am trying to connect with these people(Mobile number mentioned above) and they are not picking up my call.

              I feel have been cheated and fraud is done with me. How a company have such chain that they are selling policy as part of cheatings and fraud . This was not expected from company like Reliance Nippon life insurance. why you people push us to seek consumer court for justice…? This all trapped happened because of the agent Reliance has kept who are doing fraud and cheating

Just by doing fraud and cheating with customer they are trying to make money?? I have Call recording of Niraj Verma from Reliance Nippon who is trying to make me fool with his arguments. I urge consumer complain team to highlight this issue to Reliance once again let me get out of this harassments from Reliance Nippon.

                I am Susila policy number[protected], I want to update my bank details to my reliance policy. I have tried multiple ways but nothing is worked out.

                1. Try to update from portal: After adding all details and when we click on submit it is going to error page. (wed site link: https://bit.ly/2syYRUx)

                2. I have called to all branches available in Hyderabad. Non of them are not attending any calls. this is vary bad thing. not even one branch is not interested to take calls.

                3. I have raised multiple request to customer case to call back. but no one called me back.

                after seeing all these things for updating the bank details I felt very bad taking policy from Reliance. After this i am not going to suggest any of my friends to take policy from reliance.

                    I had purchased a policy from relaince Nippon through their agent named Pratik Devadiga (contact no. [protected]).The payment was made by me for a amount of Rs 52250 through a cheque and I have the bank statement for the same.Few months after the checque clearance I received a message from relaince saying "Your Cheque No. *********of Rs 52250 towards RNLIC Policy No. 53759718 has not cleared because of Receipt Cancellation @ HO . You can pay online on reliancenipponlife.com or visit Reliance Nippon Life branch. T&C apply".The agent is saying go to the bank and bank says since the cheque is cleared we are further not responsible.The agent is taking no responsibility and is repetitively asking for bank passbook data which I don't wish to provide him as I have already provided the necessary data.I have not received any amount back if the checque was not cleared.I will further file a case against the agent and the company if my money is not received.

                      After lots of follow up of Reliance agent was purchased a saving plan (Policy No.[protected] from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance on dated 05/12/2020.They processed my payment on 07/12/2020 and issue my policy on 17/12/2020 (taken 10 days) and till the 22/12/2020 I had not received any policy soft copy. Agent from Reliance end who had proposed me to purchase this policy was also not reply as well as not in touch also.
                      After discussing this issue with my some of friends I get to know that I had become victim of trap of Reliance agent and same thing found when I get the policy bond on 22/12/2020, there was even not single benefits matched with what agent was told me. So, I was decided to cancel the policy & visited to Kirti nagar branch for the same on 22/12/2020.They said to me that in my policy my signature is not available and advise me to submit an authentication form of signature to related bank.
                      I had done the same ad submit all the documents on 22/12/2020 and after asking regarding the time period to cancel the policy they said it will be take 12-15 days. On 29/12/2020 they called me and asked to submit policy bond which they never tell on 22/12/2020 and they again said your policy will take 10-15 days to be cancelled.
                      This way they are harassing me.

                      I have already dropped lots of reminders to you regarding my issue, but neither any positive action nor any solution yet provided by your side to me. Also, I called your customer care multiple times and they all say it’s a work in progress and do not have any further update to share with me.

                      This kind of behavior from your side is forcing me to take the help of the Insurance Ombudsman, IGMS or IRDA. So it is my last humble request that take this matter seriously and cancel my policy[protected] which was sold to me by unfair means and business practices by your agent (amit) and issue me complete refund amount of 1, 04, 500 into payment source asap, to avoid all these actions which I have been thinking to take against you.

                        Hi,

                        On the 13th of October I was paying for my father policy through my account through Gpay to the link sent by reliance on my father's mobile via SMS, In my first two attempts, it got deducted from the account but failed to show at the site of reliance as its very common scenario I thought I would get a refund after somedays. Didn't got it till 23rd but made payment again on 23rd Oct as per the advice of a Reliance employee so the policy doesn't collapse. It's now more than 2.5 months yet I have not got my refund back. I logged my complaint through various platforms like their office, customer care email, Customer care phone line. I had asked for new requirements daily but never addressed my straight forward issue. I have given them my bank statement, Gpay receipt.

                          My self is santoshkumar vaidya. I worked with reliance life insurance as sales manager from[protected]. But i have not withdrawn my pf till now. I want to withdraw my pf now, but i don't know my sap code and employee code please provide it me.
