I already dropped an email for the same on oct 3, 2019 and have not received any response yet from your team. Also, called you customer care multiple times and they all say it’s a work in progress and do not have any further update to share with me.

Here is the issue:- i took reliance nippon life insurance guaranteed money back plan from one of your policy agent. Based on benefits explained to me by them i bought a policy# 53570456 for myself - jaspreet singh chawla which has a premium paying term of 10 years and policy term 15 years. I opted for 1 lac yearly premium and paid 1, 04, 500 online (Including gst) around sep 25, 2019. Then i received policy document online, checked all benefits and payments in it and to my big-big surprise it is only near 13 lacs that i would be paid in total by 15th year whereas while taking policy i was told i would get total 26.5 lacs by 15th year end. Also, i was told no tds or tax would be deducted whatsoever.

I then checked with your customer care executive named ishwari over call why only 13 lacs payout is shown in policy document. She confirmed payout will be only 13 lacs. Also, tds of 1% would be deducted every time any payment is made to me.

I am deeply saddened that i trusted your team/agents and took the policy. I will never trust reliance, it becomes so so difficult and impossible for me to trust you and your brand because of your team who sold me this policy based on false promises and using unfair means.

However, i wish to cancel the policy and get the complete refund amount of 1, 04, 500 into payment source asap.

I already dropped an email on oct 3, 2019 for cancelation stating above reasons and i have not received any response yet. It’s been 10 days.

Do the needful asap to get me my full refund asap.

    Dear concern,

    My self gautam kumar swain, belongs from orissa, bhubaneswar. I have four policy with reliance nippon life from 2012 and paying premium regularly. Last to last month i visited reliance branch for deposit my ulip renewal premium amount rs.11000/-, when i ask their front desk officer for premium payment policy amount, he replayed me some suspense amount added in your account so you need to pay only rs.8059/- (Premium paid receipt attached). After his instruction i paid that amount at rlic branch. After 3 days i want to knows my policy statues so i call customer care and got reply from them don't worry your policy renewal date is after some days that's why your paid premium not showing, once it over your policy will continue (Conversation recording attached for your reference).
    I check it again after renewal date then found its showing suspense amount, means my policy was lapse which was not my mistake so i compilation regarding this matter to customer care they told me some extra amount credited to your ulip policy account which we deduct from your renewal premium amount. Then i put complain regarding this matter but nobody solve this issue, then once again i complain to rlic grievance side regarding this matter and also complain on irda portal but still they not tray to understand what was the real issue and what was the solution.
    After fed up i pay rest amount online for continue this policy because here i lose my benefits which i still saving from my pocket for my family future education/old age/illness purpose.

    Really i am very dissatisfied to this company and related to their bad service, without customer concern how can they deduct money from customer ulip policy? Which is most profitable policy for customer because its gain every day nav price. We cannot imagine how much profit this policy occurred.
    I need your support on this matter, so please help me.

      I, renu jain, surrendered my reliance nippon policy no. 15386319 in gurgaon branch on 23rd aug, 2019. Later telephonic verificaton was also done. But still i have not received my money. Its been more than 14 days.
      On calling customer care they say its in process. I am frustrated what to do? Why r u holding my money? No one is helping me neither branch people nor customer care.

        On 2nd September, 2019 at about 11:45 AM I received a call from a Call Centre telling me that I have a Policy with Reliance Life Insurance. Though I have never had such Policy. To justify the truth I asked the caller my address and surprisingly the information was correct. I suspect Reliance is fraudulently miss using the Adhar information taken for Jio Connection. Request for necessary action to stop this.

          Hi my name is arushi sushant dubey. My husband sushant dubey has cheated by your company and now we both are suffering. Mansi sharma and ekta shrivastav from your policy distributor from mr. North india finserve contacted us and told us this policy is life insurance as well covered with health insurance where every month if my medical expenses went upto 999 then your company will give us full amt with consultancy charges and full amt of medicines to further they told us that your company will bear my pregnancy expenses too around 50%... As your companies big name we trusted and next they asked for payment and arranged call with account dept and manager too, to make us clear that all thing is very smooth and clear. We paid that around 30000 on given reliance nippon link... After few days we got hard copy of payment. Then they again called us and told that you have applied everything online so our company gonna to transfer you around 210000 i[censored] will pay further 60000. And the process will be like our companies inspection person will call u and ask u abt how you got to know abt reliance nippon then just told them by your friend and relative and tell your friend or relative ready with their id proof and meet that inspection person where he will be. After that your paid 60000 also gonna to reffund within 15 days. My husband given my brothers name num and office address. What they actually did they went to my brothers office taken few signature and made another policy of year premium 60000 after that whenever we contact them that they ignored and every time asked for 10 to 25 days now its around 4 month to complete and we are trying to get atleast own money. We tried various thing contacted your office but they told this is not gonna to refund and all.. My husband paid this amt by their credit card we are left with almost nothing. And i am 5 month pregnant and due to this me and my husband are suffering from severe depression and many times doctor given me alternatives due to this. Next i am gonna to compalain in consumer court, will complain in fdi as well local police station and sebi, rbi, etc. Cause i[censored] people are leaving us to die then before that i will try to atleast feel that suffocation that we are feeling now...             cheated me in loan by saying wrong commitment

            My name is anil kumar yadav. I have taken one policy from your company at that time as per plan explanation they giving me combo plan
            First plan super endowment plan no 5165885 and second plan super money back plan no 5165855 both plan issue same date same time.

            As per plan explanation i received benefit on total sum assure amt 1242599 i. E money back amt 310650 but i received money back amt only 48438. I personally visit my borivali branch and given a letter on date 05.07.19 copy is attached.

            As per previous conversation you are not answer following point

            1. Why you make combo plan???

            2. If my yearly premium amt 51125 then how to sum assure amt 193752.00???

            As per normal any plan sum assure amt will be 10 time of yearly premium.

            If i was taking two separate then i will get more benefit.

My family has applied the PF withdrawal 2 times with hard copy with require documents & send it to concern member of the company. But nothing has been done till now.

I got a call from ekta shrivastav with mobile number: [protected] stating that i am eligible for 2, 10, 000 rs from reliance nippon life insurance since i purchased this policy directly from company of reliance nippon life insurance.

                              Myself (Chandrakala nanda) bearing the life insurance cash flow policy no[protected], client id[protected] not receiving the mention amount in my bond. Tin my policy it is written 25000 after maturity and the last money back didn ot get. Only 17000 credited in my account. Neither any interest not the whole amount what i deposited.                                   I was contacted by a reliance life insurance employee who sold me a policy
                                  Claiming to give 8% annualy at maturity after 10 years. After paying second premium i called the customer care and he said that no such benefit is available after maturity. I wanted to know what action i can take against the employee and what are my options. This is a pure case of fraud.
