At the outset would like to express my utter disappointment with the level of service provided by a reputed organisation like yours, in which we had a lot of faith but sadly it has been broken into pieces with a customer like us having to face such a scary situation because of the misleading approach of your executives.
I have the following queries and demands from your organisation:
1) i am feeling very much duped and cheated by this misleading behaviour of yours organisation.
2) the above has caused us immense mental agony and trauma.
3) i want my policy as mentioned above to be cancelled immediately and refund of the entire amount paid by me rs 1lakh in total in the name of my daughters (Tusi saha & srabanti saha)
I am sure better sense prevail with your organisation and you will do needful immediately. I expect solution to my complain as soon as possible of receipt of this letter of mine else i shall be forced to go to the regulatory authorities and put this on social media as far my reach.

I never give any policy in this code, it has already terminated by reliance in 30 june 2018. But its still showing with my pan no. Please release it otherwise i will loose my job. Please cancel my agency code immediately.

      Hello Team,
      My self Sameer Govind Tawade. I was buy Reliance nippon life insurance policy from the reliance agent in 2012 . My policy contract no is 50464597. And client id is 84621657 . Agent sold me policy on confirmation stating i will be getting 20 lakh rupees over draft limit against the policy. Agent provide me policy of yearly premium 46323. I was paid my first premium by taking money from relatives. But after getting policy agent was not replied my qurries of over draft limit. I was visit to insurance office they told me they not provide such type of scheme. That time want to close my policy but insurance company not allow me. They told me you will be loss the money. After
      i was unable to paid huge amount premium in next year. And policy get lapsed. I try to contact the insurance company but they not ready to return me my paid amount. Kindly do the needful.

        Sir, mai jamuna singh policy contract no 51890739 client i'd no 89199651 hai aur shekhar agent ne mujhe 6500/- half early kist ke lie bola ki har mahine kuch mobile no doge usme camission milega lakin agent ne bat karne band kar diya preet vihar office se kai bar phone me bat kiya lakin kist jama karne ke liye dabav banaya gaya ki usne galti kiya hai lekin aage koi problem nahi hogi sap apni list jama kare mai kist dene se mana karta raha apna 6500/- wapas magta to kaha jata aap policy chalaie aur mera paisa nahi diya ja raha hai aaj bat kiya to bola ki ab kuch nahi hoga maine pochha kyu nahi milega to yah kahkar tal diya ki app ne complain nahi kiya jabki phone me hamesha bat hui lekin ye bat kabhi nahi batai gai aur aaj bolla gaya aap ko koi paissa nahi milega.         कंज़्यूमर कम्पलेन करने के बाद भी अभी तक जमुना सिंह पॉलिसी कंटेक्ट नंबर 51890739 क्लाइंट आईडी नंबर 89199651 का कोई समाधान नहीं प्राप्त हुआ है कृपया मेरे साथ रिलायंस कंपनी के एजेंट द्वारा किए गए फ़्राड के कारण मैं अपनी पॉलिसी जारी नहीं किया और अपना पैसा वापस चाहता हूँ । लेकिन रिलायंस कंपनी का एजेंट पॉलिसी के बाद फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया और रिलायंस कंपनी कार्यालय से भी कोई जबाब नहीं मिला। कृपया पैसा लौटने में मेरा मदद करें।

          cheated by insurance co. on name of traditional plan

          Dear sir my name is alok pandey, i had taken a traditional plan, of 75000 per year for 5 years, policy no 51403323, by ur agent balram rao from mira road office at the time of taking policy i was assured a maturity of almost 475000 by calculation in2014, today i recd maturity of 364000=00,

          Paid amount 375000=00
          Maturity amount =364000=00

            Respected sir,
            I have received minimum maturity amount in my policy no. 13283384.
            While my this policy fund value was 2, 36, 971 rupees on 7 sep 2018 at 1.50 pm &
            2, 35, 881rupees on 6 sep 2019 at 1.54 am.

            But i have received maturity amount 2, 22, 754.64 rupees only.

                      Date of commencement 31.10 2013.Date of maturity 3.10.2018. Mode of premium payment yearly.Total premium amount paid Rs.3, 71, 378 in five yearly installments.Today an amount of Rs.3, 56, 130.38 has been credited to my bank account.This amount has been paid after deduction of TDS Rs.3596.00 as informed by customer care.As such a total amount of Rs.3, 59, 726.38 has been paid as maturity amount.This is much below than what I have paid as premium.Though this was a Endowment policy.I am not in a position to understand how maturity amount can be less bangla than premium paid amount.Please review.

                      An amount of ₹3, 56, 130.38 has been credited to my account today, after deducting of ₹3, 596 as TDS . Though I have paid ₹3, 71, 378 in five installments. I don't understand why maturity amount is much less than the actual paid amount though this was a Endowment policy. Please clarify.

                              In 2008 life risk policy was taken for single premium. After one year another premium as asked which was paid under protest. Thereafter policy foreclosed. Complaint was given in writing which was not accepted and then complaint was sent by registered post. After that reliance life advised to pay thrir year premium with a letter that i will not pay premium hence forth and my life risk will be covered. This letter was approved and acknowledged after 2 days in 2012 and immediately after making payment for third year policy was foreclosed. From 2012 i am asking for statement which is not given.in 2015 cheque of 113000 was sent to me which was returned with legal notice twice and i repeatedly asked how 113000 is refunded to me and that policy if for life risk. No reply is given till today. After that 4 representative called me and said i have paid 75000 and my fund value is 113000. But i have paid 150000 and not 75000. Recently one representative said 75000 is refunded to me in april 2013 by neft but the same is not given to me in writing and neither it is reflected in my banks and i have served notice to my banks also. Reliance life is playing hide and seek till today no statement is given to me in respect of my premium paid and how they have arrived at 113000 my fund value. I have asked life risk or refund of full premium with interest. Reliance is not giving any reply. Such harassment to senior citizen is not expected. It is only now i will aprroach legally i think my matter will be settled.

                                  I have taken a Policy (Child Plan[protected], the agent has given the false details, inspite of that i have cleared all the premiums and the policy is matured on 28 September.

                                  They have assured that after completing the policy duration the money will be credited to my bank account within 2 days but i did not receive

                                  I have reached the Himayatnagar office for furthur proceedings but none has responded properly. No one gives the details of maturity and payment details.

                                  Before taking the policy they were behind me until i took the plolicy and While paying the premiums they have taken easily. Now they are giving the maturity amount, half of the amount is reduced for no reason.

                                  customer care asks for all information and tell that there is no information available in the system.

                                  Received a cal to know the status in fact they (Reliance Customer Support) are asking for any new investments plans
                                  My policy No. 52763189, client ID[protected] in the name Vrushali V sawant. I want premium paid receipt ant Rs. 25, 623.61 debited on 06.10.2018. Please provide me Premium receipt on my email ID or by mail on my residential address.
