Reliance Life Insurance — Call for deactivating agent code

Hello,

I have taken Policy, around 3-4 years back. I paid all premiums till now. I am getting frequent calls from the Reliance Delhi office, saying that company have given me a bonus, but it will go to agent if I don't deactivate the agent code. And they said, for deactivating agent code, I'll have to make payment of Rs 30000 more then only they can deactivate the agent code associated with my policy and this amount will be credited to my account after 40 days with bonus issued by the company. If I do not pay this then bonus will be paid to agent who is associated with it, and thus bonus cannot be transfer to the policy holder. I hope this is right place to post my query. Please can you verify and validate whether such calls are fraudulent. If it is not fraud, then why agent should get my bonus, because bonus [if any] is entitled to the policy holder.
