[Resolved] Reliance Life Insurance — Cash flow policy-less final payment | |||||
Subject:-Reliance cash flow policy (No.[protected]Client ID no.[protected] a cause of shock to the policy holder and shame on the performance of the company. In response to my complaint dated 18 Dec 2016-on above captioned subject-One gentleman Mr. Ankit Sinha from Ahmedabad office talked in detail about my complaint over my mobile no. [protected] on dated 22 Dec2016 and intimated that he was forwarding my complaint to head office. He also stated that madam Puja Choudhary of head office Mumbai can be contacted on her mobile no [protected] if so desired. The same day i.e. 22 Dec 2016 Madam Puja Choudhary contacted on our mobile stated above. She intimated that she was speaking from head office Mumbai, She also discussed in detail about this case. Madam Puja informed that in addition to Rs. 125038/- already paid (Rs.33333.33/- 1st installment+Rs. 33333.33/- 2nd and 58385.45/- final payment = Total 125038/-) an amount of Rs. 139112/- is still payable against this policy. Thus total payable was 264150/-. She also stated that all this i.e. less payment has happened due to non generation of advisor’s ID. She further stated that since the policy was closed, a fresh policy will have to be generated. She intimated that she will send a Performa of NOC through email to me. She also stated that she will send a person from Bathinda office on 23 Dec 2016, to whom photocopy of Aadhaar cards, PAN Card and passport size photo of my husband, of mine and that of my younger son be handed over to that person along with NOC duly signed and also 02 cheques (one cancelled one) of the account in which balance amount of Rs. 139112/- may be remitted, so that payment can be latest by 15 Jan 2017. But till date i.e. 26 Dec 2016 neither NOC Performa has been received nor any person deputed, as promised. Here I may point out that on all the ten computer generated cash receipts of installments paid (even up till tenth installment cash receipt) name of the advisor and his advisor code no 20043188 stands recorded. Even commission against first installment has also been paid to the advisor, Thus less calculation of total payable amount due to non-generation of advisor’s code and that of submission of fresh documents are hardly digestible to the sound and correct reasoning. I would therefore request to take immediate requisite action and arrange payment of my balance amount of Rs. 139112/- which, as intimated-is still payable to me. Kindly treat it as urgent/important. I have paid my insurance premium (reliance) and also received acknowlwdge for policy no. 51950578 thru sms, now i requested you to kindly send the reciept copy to my email to submit for IT purpose.
